Independent artists submitting via our Head Start program need to ensure they hold all worldwide rights - including distribution/licensing rights - to their music. If you're a signed artist or your music is registered with a royalty collection agency, you can still tell us about your songs, but they may need to enter our catalog through other industry-standard approaches.
